The potato soup recipe is coming along nicely. I will need to post a modified version soon. Apparently Brad had a good interview in Fort Wayne yesterday. He is leaving in a couple of hours to interview with the evil empire. The interview process for MSFT has become something of a geek proving ground. Even those that hate Microsoft want to prove their geeky powers by doing well at the notoriously difficult and thought provoking questions. There are people who interview with them just to prove to themselves that they can do it. Having run this particular gambit myself a couple of times I know that it is both fun and exhausting. If you ever find yourself on an interview trip to Redmond do not count on seeing Seattle. It is a grueling 8 or 9 hour interview in which you are constantly required to recall obscure facts and think laterally. By the time it is over you will desire nothing more than sleep.
