I kid you not, Target sells black spaghetti. Apparently this is a thing in Italy where it is known as Spaghetti al Nero di Seppia. It gets its black color from the entirely edible sepia ink harvested from the ink sacks of squid. The ink is composed almost entirely of melanin.
